What’s the Safest Way to Avoid Herpes?
The safest way is not to have sex at all. Though using protection on males and even on females does not guarantee a 100 percent barrier for the virus to penetrate inside of you. However, if you are married and you just discovered that you had the disease, it is impossible to restrain sex from married couples. You could try having sex when the person infected is at his/her lowest point of having a break out. Though the non infected partner must accept the possibility of still being infected because even without break out herpes can still be contagious. Remember there is no cure for herpes.
